How to contact and book appointment?
Appointments can be booked by filling Appointment Form which is available on website. Kindly click on Book Appointment Tab.
Mode of consultation?
After receiving request through Appointment form, you will be contacted and receive google meeting link for online video consultation or phone call as per your preferred mode selected in the appointment booking form.
What is the consultation fee?
If consultation involved legal advice, then each online meeting or phone call shall be charged which will be informed to you before scheduling consultation. After making payment, consultation will be scheduled.
If consultation do not involve legal advice, for instance if it is mere a general query, then first meeting/call shall not be charged. Further, unnecessary repeated call/meeting shall be strictly discouraged and not allowed.
IP prosecution services are provided in India only or you have foreign collaboration?
IP prosecution services are provided for whole of India (all States/UTs) for prosecution at Indian Patent Office only. No collaboration abroad. For National phase entry of PCT application and Convention applications contact Attorney/Agent of respective country.

One is the government charges which include Statutory fee in accordance with the Patents Rules, 2003 as amended and other charges such as stamp duty etc. Other is the professional fee which is paid to Attorney/Agent. To Know the exact Statutory fee applicable to you, kindly refer to the First Schedule of the Patents Rules, 2003 or consult Attorney/Agent.
What I need to provide to file patent application?
After consultation, you will receive patent disclosure form which you have to fill correctly wherein you have to disclose all Applicant details (Full legal name, address, pin code, state, nationality), about your invention including literature review, methods, components, formulation, steps, wherever applicable, result & discussion along with experimental data, advantage of your invention, image/diagram if any.

Wha is the cost to file Design application in India?
Cost is divided into two head. One is the government charges which include Statutory fee in accordance with the Designs Rules, 2001 as amended and other charges such as stamp duty etc. Other is the professional fee which is paid to Attorney/Agent. To Know the exact Statutory fee applicable to you, kindly refer to the First Schedule of the Designs Rules, 2001 or consult Attorney/Agent.
What I need to provide to file Design application?
After consultation, you will receive design disclosure form which you have to fill correctly wherein you have to disclose all Applicant details (Full legal name, address, pin code, state, nationality); description of your product; & image/photograph (computer digital image/line drawing or actual product image) of product all sides such as front, back, left, right etc.

What I need to provide to file trademark application?
After consultation, you will receive trademark disclosure form which you have to fill correctly wherein you have to disclose all Applicant details (Full legal name, address, pin code, state, nationality); description of your goods or services; word mark or image of logo, as applicable.
